When it came, one of the legs did not fit (all are color coded - red, yellow, green and blue dots on the side of the bench and each leg. We received 2 blue legs.) When I called the company, I reached a "live person" who answered the phone. She apologized and gave clear instructions for return of this product. She also ordered new bench. Within 3 days of the phone call, I had the new bench with the correct legs and the other bench had been picked up, all at no extra expense to me. I would definitely order from this company again.
