(More customer reviews)This ottoman is quite a bit smaller than others I've seen for sale. With the casters installed, it measures just over 11" tall, which is perfect for our application of under-the-coffee table storage. It is sturdy enough to sit on, but it's so short that I'd rather sit on the floor (used the lid to cushion my bum).
Assembly was OK. The pre-drilled holes did not align with the caster mounting plates, but the substrate material is soft enough that the screws drive in without too much effort.
One problem I've found is that the "snack tray" surface board is only glued to the bottom of the lid, and one of the two I ordered has fallen off and been re-glued already. It still exceeded my expectations for the price however.
