(More customer reviews)Whoever packaged this item wrote on the instructions parts missing and circled it. THe parts that were missing were the nuts and screws and bolts used to put the stool and the rail together. I have trouble walking and needed this to help me get in and out of bed. I should not have to go out and by the parts to put this together at the price they charged me. The way the box was taped together it looked like it was opened. It had to be for someone to write on the instructions and circle the parts that were missing. I plan on calling them tomorrow to see how to rectify this situation. I called Amazon today and the guy that answered the phone was extremely nice and gave me the number to call them to find out what they are going to do to rectify this problem.
