(More customer reviews)In August 2010, I bought two X-bench ottomans for my small living room. I bought them in the bricks and mortar Target store. Pros: This bench is sturdy, attractive, affordable, and versatile. It can be used as a bench, footstool, or two can be put together as a coffee table. The leather-look top has a slight texture and attractive dark brown color. Cons: It took several tries to get two matching benches because some are slightly taller and have lighter wood while others are shorter, with darker wood and with tops that are stretched tighter over the foam. I think there are two different manufacturers. Also, some I saw in the stores had top seams crooked (not parallel to edges).
