(More customer reviews)I just bought an older home for my college-age daughters to share, and it has a long countertop in the bathroom which is made specifically for a make-up area. So I shopped around for a vanity stool for them. Pricing stools in furniture stores and in big box stores, I was going to have to pay around fifty dollars for anything decent. This stool is very attractive and sturdy. And it is definitely a better stool for the money than I found while shopping. It is less expensive, even with shipping, than anything I found while shopping around.
The microfiber covering seems to be the same stuff which is on the couches in my television room, so it should be durable and easy to clean. The accompanying information about the stool says it will hold up to two hundred pounds. You have to attach the legs, but it's easy. You need an allen wrench, which is included. Our bag of hardware was missing two washers, but they were a standard size and my husband had some in his tool kit which fit.
The stool is a good value for the money, and it's even quite attractive.
