(More customer reviews)My order arrived cracked and broken in two places. This is a good luck budhah; a broken budhah is very bad luck. I asked for a replacment. The second budhah arrived in worse shape. Completely un-displayable, un-usable. I asked for my money back. Instead, they sent a third budhah to me, promised me it would be packed one box inside another with lots of stuffing and bubble wrap. It was not. Third budhah did arrive in one piece. We decided to keep it. Please note, if you are very superstitious, take warning of this beautiful Hoi Toi Globe Holder for it is very, very fragile.
