(More customer reviews)It's incredibly heavy when it arrives but it's very easy to assemble. I didn't like the page of instructions so I chucked it and just assembled it. It has an issue with one of the round balls does not fit in snugly into the pole. I had the same issue with the same item when I purchased one years ago when I lived in another state. It must be a manufacturing flaw that has not been fixed yet.
