(More customer reviews)I got this as a gift from my mother in law, and she told me that the first one she had ordered had arrived damaged and the contents had rusted. A replacement was very nicely re-sent in time to arrive for Christmas. The second box (the one I actually got to open) was in good shape after shipping. However the product inside was not! Every place the metal wasn't painted had rust on it, and a good bit of rust at that! Every place the shelves had to be connected was rusty, every end was rusty. We are now in the process of returning the second unit, needless to say we will not be requestng a third!
