(More customer reviews)Tiki bar arrived (after several phone calls and discussions about who was getting it off the truck) in one very large box, with no real directions for putting it together, just pictures. Hardware, what was actually there, was in one bag, with no labels to tell what went where. The hardware for the stools was actually missing, but that didn't really matter, because the holes on the legs of the stools didn't line up with the supports to be able to actually assemble the stools anyway.
After getting the bar put together, it is actually very nice. The stools are still in our garage. We are hoping to find someone to redrill the holes in the legs/supports. After several (6 or 7) with the selling company, I thought they were going to make a nice recovery; we finally got the product, and the driver unloaded (with the help of a liftgate), but they came up short. We are still not able to use the stools.
