(More customer reviews)Well... It came very quickly so that was good. When I opened the box and started taking out the pieces I discovered that the vanity top had a crack in the laminate... hold it.. the description said it was solid wood. NOT.. The drawer fronts and vanity top were all laminate.
I emailed right away that the top was cracked and that I would like to return it for a refund. They emailed back that I needed to send a picture of the cracked piece for them to send to Fed Ex and that they would send me a replacement. I responded that I didnt want a replacement that I wanted a refund and that I would send them a picture if they sent me the instructions on how to return it. Didn't hear from them for a week.
Finally emailed them and told them that I would like to return the vanity for a refund and that if I did not hear back from them within 48 hours I would be filing a dispute over the charges with my credit card company. I quickly received an email with instructions on how to return the vanity. As soon as I knew that Fed Ex would be picking it up I sent them the picture of the crack in top.
Kind of stinks that I had to threaten them in order to get instructions to return. Kind of stinks that it wasn't real wood. Did get my credit so that was nice.
