(More customer reviews)I purchased this table and chairs last year and it took over 2 months and 3 separate shipments to get all the pieces. On top of it, the supports in one of the corners of the table were cracked and broken off of the table in several pieces. I knew I would have to assemble the set myself (which was not a problem - I actually enjoy this part), but now I had to also dig out my drill, wood glue, and clamps in order to put the table back together again so I could attach the 4th leg. I know I could have just returned the table, but the damage was concealed (I wouldn't have seen it until all the components were completely unpacked and removed from loads of cardboard and plastic strapping), and the delivery guys were long gone, AND I had already been waiting over 2 months for my table and chairs when I was expecting to have it delivered within a week. I had to take a day off of work for the delivery and after explaining to VisionDecor that I could not take any more days off of work for the delivery of the remaining pieces (they were all supposed to have been delivered together). They ended up just FedExing the remaining chairs to me in 2 additional shipments so I didn't have to worry about scheduling another delivery. The guys I worked with at VisionDecor were apologetic, calm, helpful, and nice, but I was really disappointed in the fact that they couldn't stick to dates, didn't have a great grasp on their inventory levels, and after all was said in done, I ended up with a broken table. On the flip side, the quality is pretty good (I replaced the cushions), and the set looks great in my condo. I especially like the butterfly leaf.
