But unlike Karen, I thought it was worth returning, since Amazon makes that so easy. Two days later, the replacement arrived, intact. It works, it looks good [actually matches the brushed SS fixtures in our kitchen], it's solid, and the Amazon price is cheaper than elsewhere.
